About the Role
davies marsh is working with a leading alternative investments provider to recruit a Business Development Manager (BDM) for the Northeast of England. This client is renowned for delivering innovative investment solutions to financial advisers.
The role involves driving sales growth by building relationships with IFAs. You’ll be responsible for promoting a range of alternative investments, including tax-efficient solutions, and delivering on sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with advisers in the Northeast.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Present and promote alternative investment solutions through meetings and events.
- Provide technical product support and guidance to clients.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.
About You:
- Proven sales experience in financial services, ideally in alternative investments.
- Strong knowledge of the adviser market.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based role.

Requirements:
- Experience of working with financial advisers essential
- Alternative investment experience is preferred but not essential
