ABOUT GARETH

I’ve specialised in recruiting Sales & Distribution professionals within UK financial services since 2001, working predominantly across MPS, DFM, Asset Management, Platform, Alternative Investments and Life & Pensions.

Over that time, I’ve built an extensive network of Business Development Managers, Business Development Directors and distribution leaders across the UK — many of whom I’ve known and worked with for years.

I established Davies Marsh in 2023 to offer a more personal, specialist approach to recruitment. I work closely with both providers and BDMs, combining recruitment with genuine market knowledge around salaries, bonuses, territories, distribution structures and what’s happening across the wider BDM market.
